Salary
Sheffield Hallam University offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with the final level agreed with the successful candidate based on their experience and current remuneration.
Contract
This is a full-time, permanent appointment.
Location and ways of working
The role is based at Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield. The University supports hybrid working where this is compatible with the requirements of the role. As a member of the University Executive Board and a visible leader across the institution, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a significant presence on campus.
Pension
The successful candidate will normally be eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, a defined benefit occupational pension scheme.
Candidates who are active members of the Universities Superannuation Scheme immediately before joining Sheffield Hallam may be able to remain in USS. Further information will be provided to the successful candidate.
Annual leave
The appointment carries an annual leave entitlement of 30 days, in addition to the standard UK bank holidays. Sheffield Hallam also provides around five additional closure days each year, including its Christmas closure period.
