The Director of ICT & Digital Transformation will be a key member of our Senior Management Team, providing strategic leadership at a critical stage of our evolution. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how technology supports our people, our projects, and our long-term vision. We are looking for someone who can bring both strategic insight and practical delivery experience, helping us modernise systems, improve ways of working, and unlock the value of our data while ensuring we maintain a secure and resilient technology environment.

From embedding our new ERP platform and further strengthening our cyber security, to developing our approach to AI, innovation and digital capability, your leadership will help ensure Oxford Archaeology remains an efficient, agile and forward-thinking organisation.
